A Cat 315 excavator trimming a site cut on a ridge above a wide valley running down to the coast, with the GPS design surface overlaid as a grid and the areas marked cut and fill

Professional · Fast · Efficient

Ground you can build on.

We cut to the engineer's design with GPS machine control, so the levels are right before we leave site. That means no re-dig, no extra fill carted in, and no trades standing around waiting on us.

Right the first time.

Accurate to the millimetre. Built to the plan.

GPS-guided. Levels documented.

The machine works to the model, and you get the finished levels on file.

No surprises on the invoice.

Clear scopes, fixed rates, total transparency.

The gear

Machine control on every job

Our excavators run the full Cat machine control system in both 2D and 3D — the operator works to the design on screen instead of chasing string lines and checking with a level. It's how a cut lands on grade the first time, and how we can show you afterwards that it did.

How a job runs

  1. You send what you have

Engineer's plans, a PDF, or a photo of the block and a rough idea of what you want. If we need more to price it properly, we'll tell you what.

  2. We price it properly

We work out access, volumes, spoil and services before quoting. You get a written price, a clear scope of what is and is not included, and a start window.

  3. We dig it and prove it

Machine control to the design, levels recorded as we work, and an as-built handed over at the end. Site left tidy for the next trade.

Straight answers

Will the price move?
Not unless the job does. The quote covers the scope we agreed. If something outside it comes up, we stop, price it, and wait for your go-ahead — you'll never find extra work already done on an invoice.
What if you hit rock?
You hear about it that day, not at the end. Ground conditions are the one thing nobody can see through, so if we find rock or unexpected fill we'll show you, explain the options, and re-price before carrying on.
What about underground services?
We run a Dial Before You Dig search on every job and set electronic fence limits so the machine physically cannot swing into a no-go zone. Close to live services we hand-dig and pothole first.
How long will it take?
You get a realistic window up front rather than a best case. If weather or ground conditions push it out, you'll hear from us the day it happens, not the week after.
Do you clean up?
Yes. Spoil goes where we agreed it would, topsoil is stockpiled if you want it kept, and the site is left trafficable and tidy. You should not have to tidy up after your excavator.
