Site cuts & pads
Cut to the engineer's design and trimmed level to ±20 mm.
Before a slab goes down, the ground has to be right. We cut your building pad to the engineer’s design levels using GPS machine control — the operator works to the 3D model on screen, so the pad lands flat and exactly where it is meant to be.
That accuracy saves money further along. A pad that’s true means less imported fill, no re-trimming before the concreter starts, and a slab that sits the way it was designed to. We batter the edges clean and leave the site ready for the next trade.
House pad, shed, or a row of townhouses — same approach every time. We cut it once, check it, and hand over the levels.
